Custom made commissions
Most of the items we supply are bespoke commissions. If you wish to ask us to supply a bespoke item incorporating your own themes or special features within our design, resource and ethical policies, this is welcomed.
Commissions will be subject to an email agreement as to design content, material content, delivery period and fixed price.
All commissions will require a non-returnable deposit.
Goods are despatched upon payment in full.
Because commissioned goods are to your own, unique, personal specification they are not returnable unless there is an unexpected error or defect in their material content or crafting.
If you intend having matched items as a collection this can usually only be done if all items are ordered together - and if there are sufficient stocks of the necessary materials. Often there is limited availability and limited quantities of vintage and antique materials, including beads, textiles, skins, hides and feathers.
We carry a very extensive stock of unusual and rare materials (including vintage and antique textiles) but the chances of finding exactly the same items later are virtually non-existent. In such cases we will do our best to offer a similar look or feel.
If you own rare materials or items of sentimental value you would particularly like to have incorporated into an item, we will of course do our best to make it happen. However, we would need to check the material first to assess its suitability and fitness for function.
It is important to stress that any commission is treated with absolute integrity. It is always very special to be part of crafting a unique and meaningful object for the empowerment of anyone at any stage in their spiritual journey.
